We check the goods, prepare the export and hand them over in Valencia or at the port of origin. Your freight agent takes it from there, and we approve it first. Lead times are estimates.

Rules we follow
We work under Spanish and European law. We only sell to private businesses, never to state companies. We check who each client is on every order, and we take payment in euros from accounts outside Cuba.

Before your first order.
Who can buy?
Private Cuban businesses. Mipymes and non agricultural cooperatives authorised by MINCEX can import directly. Self employed workers buy through an authorised importing entity. Before we quote, we confirm who is buying and who is importing.
What exactly do you do?
We find and compare manufacturers, negotiate the price, buy, check the goods before they leave and prepare all the paperwork. We hand the goods over in Valencia or at the port of origin (FCA or FOB) and check the freight agent and shipping line you choose. The sea freight and clearance at Cuban customs are handled by the buyer or its importer.
Which products do you supply?
We have no fixed catalog. We start with olive oil and pantry basics, plus hygiene and cleaning. For anything else, tell us what you need and we find the supplier, compare prices and quote you.
What does the price include?
The product, the packaging, delivery in Valencia or at the port of origin (FCA or FOB) and the export paperwork. On top of that we give you an itemised, non binding estimate of the freight and costs to Havana, so you know roughly what the goods cost you on arrival.
How do I pay?
In euros, by bank transfer from a bank account outside Cuba. You pay after accepting the proforma invoice and before we place the order with the factory.
How long does it take?
It depends on the product, the factory and the sailing dates. The quote includes an estimated date, and we update you at every stage: production, departure and arrival.
Is there a minimum order?
Each factory sets its own and it varies by product. We state the minimum in the quote and, where possible, combine your order with others so you do not have to overbuy.
Which documents do I receive?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. Where the product needs them, also the technical sheets and certificates for the sanitary registration, which your importer applies for in Cuba.
Can the labels be in Spanish?
For most products, yes. Mention it in your request and the quote will confirm any extra cost or minimum.
Can you source food?
Yes, and it is where we start, with olive oil. US rules treat food more favourably than most goods, but the product still has to pass Cuban sanitary registration, which your importer applies for.
